Well, bring on their win and bring on the rally! It does sound like one of those ones where the regulators thought to flex their muscle based on loosey goosey assumptions that they couldn't lose. Happens often enough here in Australia too - our 'watchdog' is often embarrassed and loses millions in taxpayer dollars in the process.
