Midweek Fatigue

It’s Wednesday, and I feel completely exhausted. 😞 I don’t know if it’s just the middle-of-the-week slump or if I’m actually getting sick. My body feels heavy, and all I want to do is rest. Maybe I need more sleep, or maybe a little self-care will help me feel better.
Do you ever have days like this? Any tips to recharge and avoid getting sick? 🌿💤
