Un placer estar aquí una semana más para esta maravillosa comunidad de EmpowerTalent, deseándoles que estén muy bien en cualquier lugar de este hermoso planeta junto a esas personas que nos llenan cada día de amor y alegría. Hoy quiero cortarles un poco de cómo me he llegado a sentir en algunos momentos de mi vida, pero al reflexionar sobre el tema de esta semana a veces pasamos por alto cosas importantes que nos rodean, no dándoles el debido valor que se merecen y de esta manera podría ser un poco ingrato no hacerlo de nuestra parte.

A pleasure to be here once again this week for this wonderful community of EmpowerTalent, wishing you to be very well anywhere on this beautiful planet next to those people who fill us every day with love and joy. Today I want to cut you a little bit of how I have come to feel in some moments of my life, but as I reflect on this week's theme sometimes we overlook important things that surround us, not giving them the due value they deserve and in this way it might be a little ungrateful not to do so on our part.

Hoy en día vivo en un mundo donde muchos miden la riqueza en billetes y en la cantidad de dígitos que tenemos en una cuenta bancaria, haciéndonos caer en una gran ansiedad, depresión solo porque siempre nos comparamos con los demás y al no igualar lo que ellos tienen pensamos que somos un fiasco y que la pobreza es parte de nuestra esencia, pero hay algo de gran valor que muchas veces no se puede medir, como son las conexiones que tenemos con los demás en la vida y los momentos junto a ellos nos pueden hacer dar cuenta que tenemos una vida extraordinaria y que muchos envidiarían.

Today I live in a world where many measure wealth in bills and in the amount of digits we have in a bank account, making us fall into a great anxiety, depression only because we always compare ourselves with others and by not matching what they have we think we are a fiasco and poverty is part of our essence, but there is something of great value that often can not be measured, as the connections we have with others in life and the moments together with them can make us realize that we have an extraordinary life and that many would envy.

Muchos comparten la frase dime lo que tienes y te diré cuánto vales, en muchos casos lo hacen para medir el éxito la felicidad de alguien, y siendo sincero con ustedes en algún momento eso me hacía sentir mal muchas veces al no lograr obtener al momento que lo deseaba qlguna cosa. Esta situación me colocaba una venda en mis ojos y dejaba de percibir lo afortunado que soy en la vida, el levantarme cada mañana y ponerme de pie, saborear un delicioso café es algo de gran valor para mí.

Many people share the phrase tell me what you have and I will tell you how much you are worth, in many cases they do it to measure the success, the happiness of someone, and being honest with you, at some point that made me feel bad many times when I could not get something when I wanted it. This situation put a blindfold on my eyes and I stopped perceiving how fortunate I am in life, getting up every morning and standing up, savoring a delicious coffee is something of great value to me.

Compartir risas con mi familia a la hora de comer no tiene precio, saber que están ahí incondicionalmente para mí y yo para ellos me hace darme cuenta de lo afortunado y rico que soy en esta vida. Compartir nuestras historias juntos en las buenas y en las malas me hace darme cuenta de que lo valiosos que somos no se mide en papel ni en oro. Mi vida es extraordinaria y doy gracias a Dios por ella todos los días, porque hoy en día muchos desean una familia en la que el amor, el respeto, la confianza y la empatía sean las bases sobre las que apoyarse, ante tantas circunstancias difíciles, y por eso me considero el hombre más rico del mundo.

Sharing laughter with my family at mealtime is priceless, knowing that they are there unconditionally for me and I for them makes me realize how lucky and rich I am in this life. Sharing our stories together through thick and thin makes me realize that how precious we are is not measured in paper or gold. My life is extraordinary and I thank God for it every day because many today desire a family where love, respect, trust and empathy are the bases to stand on, in the face of so many difficult circumstances and for this reason I consider myself the richest man in the world.

Algo importante para mi y que me llena de alegría es saber que el contacto con otras personas que he conocido en mi andar por esta vida, me ha demostrado que he encontrado personas que valen oro para mi, y eso me ha hecho pensar que hoy en día muchas personas desean rodearse de este tipo de personas, amigos que te demuestren que te aprecian y en esto me considero millonario, de hecho les cuento, hace poco alguien muy querido para mí y mi familia tuvo el valor y la amabilidad de ayudarme dándome un consejo sobre cierto asunto que le preocupaba, esto me demostró que el aprecio es mutuo, si no lo hubiera hecho me hubiera dejado claro que no. Por lo tanto, saber que tengo amigos de gran valor en mi entorno me hace sentir como un hombre rico.

Así que soy rico, por la gente que tengo en mi vida. Y tú, ¿te has dado cuenta de lo rico que eres? Tómate un momento para apreciar las pequeñas cosas y descubrirás que la verdadera riqueza está justo delante de ti.

Something important for me and that fills me with joy is to know that the contact with other people I have met in my walk through this life, has shown me that I have found people who are worth gold for me, and that has made me think that today many people want to surround themselves with this kind of people, friends who show you that they appreciate you and in this I consider myself a millionaire, in fact I tell you, recently someone very dear to me and my family had the courage and kindness to help me by giving me advice on a certain matter that worried her, this showed me that the appreciation is mutual, if I had not done so I would have made it clear that I did not. Therefore, knowing that I have friends of great value in my environment makes me feel like a rich man.
