In this work, I dedicated myself to repairing some metal chairs in Mrs. Luisa's residence (@lmir1965). To carry out this work, I used a welding machine and electrode, as well as a grinder, very useful tools to carry out said work.
En la presente obra, me he dedicado a reparar unas sillas metálicas en la residencia de la señora Luisa (@lmir1965). Para llevar a cabo esta labor, utilicé una máquina de soldar y electrodo, asà como un esmeril, herramientas muy útiles para desempeñar dicho trabajo.
Later, I will start painting the chairs, which I hope will look beautiful after being welded.
Posteriormente, me dedicaré a pintar las sillas, las cuales espero luzcan hermosas tras haber sido soldadas.
Once I finished welding the chairs, I proceeded to repair a lock on the access door to the garden, since it was found on the ground due to lack of maintenance. The door hinges were damaged, so I had to replace them with new ones. Also, I changed the locks on some parts of the house.
Una vez que terminé de soldar las sillas, procedà a reparar una cerradura de la puerta de acceso al jardÃn, ya que ésta se encontraba en el suelo debido a la falta de mantenimiento. Las visagras de la puerta estaban dañadas, por lo que tuve que reemplazarlas por unas nuevas. Además, cambié la cerradura de algunas partes de la casa.
It is important to highlight that, sometimes, constructions have an expiration time, so it is necessary to pay attention to their maintenance. Mrs. Luisa neglected her house by not paying attention to the necessary repairs, which is common in people who focus on their daily work and neglect the home. For this reason, he took the opportunity to teach Mrs. Luisa how to weld, so that in the future she can take care of the maintenance herself.
Es importante resaltar que, en ocasiones, las construcciones tienen un tiempo de caducidad, por lo que es necesario estar pendiente de su mantenimiento. La señora Luisa descuidó su casa al no estar pendiente de las reparaciones necesarias, lo cual es común en personas que se enfocan en su trabajo diario y descuidan el hogar. Por este motivo, he aprovechado la oportunidad para enseñarle a la señora Luisa a soldar, para que en el futuro pueda encargarse del mantenimiento por sà misma.
It is relevant to mention that Mrs. Luisa is a friend who is alone, without the company of family except for her father, whom she takes care of since she is not in a position to do much for her home, so I am supporting her to improve your home and serve as a guide for future repairs. Although you won't be staying in your home for long, due to my responsibilities to my family, I will continue to report on progress in your home in future posts.
Es relevante mencionar que la señora Luisa es una amiga que se encuentra sola, sin compañÃa de familiares a excepcion de su padre del cual ella se hace cargo ya que no se encuentra en condiciones de hacer mucho por su hogar, por lo que estoy apoyándola para mejorar su casa y servirle como guÃa para realizar futuras reparaciones. Aunque no permaneceré mucho tiempo en su casa, debido a mis responsabilidades con mi familia, seguiré informando sobre los progresos en su hogar en futuras publicaciones.
