Day 5 mass indoctrination on the 14th Nov 2021

I learnt that

Husband has no power over himself likewise the wife has no power over her own body, they must render themselves to each other, they should devote themselves to fasting and prayer and to do that their must be an agreement between them to abstain from things that can separate them from the presence of God
During your fasting, do good work, give food to the hungry, clothes to those that don't have, give to the poor and if someone owes you and couldn't pay, just free the person of his or her burden
We pray that God should forgive as well forgive those that sinned against us, so always forgive

1 Cor 7 vs 3-5;Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

Scientifically it has been proven that just 3days fasting can help regenerate the immune system so it is very important
And during fasting we shouldn't display our face so people would know we are fasting but do it in secret and your father who sees you in secret will reward you openly

Marriage should honorable and the bed undifilled, if anyone is adulterous the lord will judge
As a woman or lady, we should be cautioned with our dresses, let put on good apparels, don't expose your body so you won't fall any man not to look on you to lust.
