Teaching one of my daughter how to make yam sauce using egg

Hello everyone,
Good morning , I wish every one happy new day.its morning over here,some places its evening, night,so I say good evening, good night🤓.
Today one of my neighbor's daughter came to my house today,she saw me preparing yam when she came in, so she said she want to know how to prepare egg sauce for yam that she only know how to prepare that of bread egg sauce which I was the one that taught her, even a times she prefer me Coming to their house to cook for them because she prefer my food to her mother, she loves the taste of my food, and her mummy is such a busy type that does not really have time,she will rush to cook without taking her time,Not knowing how the food taste some how but the children will always complain how it tastes, its not that she's not that good in cooking but she is always in a haste, any day she takes her time they always enjoy her meals without complaining, and during holiday period like this I always be the one to care for them, and today she said she came in saw me preparing yam and it sauce, she said she want to know how to cook it too, so I have to put her through as a mother, and since her mother isn't home to put her through, some one would have to help, nothing else but for future sake.

and here is the yam and egg sauce, 😋 yummy!!
Ingredients we used
Egg

 Grated pepper and tomatoes 

 Vegetable oil

 Seasoning  
 Onion
