Week #225| Suggestions for better health

Hello users! In this opportunity I can say that the best thing I do to have a healthy lifestyle, was the change I made with food. I am not going to say that I am going to give advice since every body is different, we can say that a good diet is a big step for a healthy life

Another of my suggestion would be to walk with people who add to you, that you can be surrounded by positive people, those people well called “vitamin people, those who just by looking at them generate peace, confidence, serenity and motivate you to continue without decay

I can also attest that traveling is a great help to repower us, traveling helps us to strengthen our immune system, being able to breathe fresh air helps us to be healthy, I can say with great certainty that these three suggestions are of great help for the day to day, I hope I have helped many with
