Weed 236| What encourages me and what discourages me?

I have always been clear that there is nothing more annoying than lack of communication. I don't understand people who can't communicate, for example, they leave it until the last minute to let you know that the bird food was not sold, you have to wait until the next day to see if they can deliver it. Really communicating for me is so easy, keeping people informed if I have an appointment and I'm about to leave. I try to let my children know what steps I will take if I go on a trip, what time I will be back. I try to be very explicit, so I get an “ok” on my way back or I get an “ok” in response

I have noticed in me that it can also bother me when someone in a group makes another person feel ridiculous, that is, those people who want to be funny by stepping on others, I can notice the face of someone by their gestures and even by their body language if they feel annoyed with another person and make their life impossible. That bothers me a lot and even more if no one manages to tell the abuser not to go too far

One of the things that encourages me is to see the care of parents towards their children, the dedication, the fixed gaze that makes you fall in love when you see your children with pride, that gives me hope for a better world. I am encouraged by the dedication of teachers in the classroom and outside the classroom. I am encouraged by the affection that children show towards their parents, the respect and love that you feel when you see them share.

I am also encouraged by the people who serve without expecting anything in return, the commitment of human beings with nature, I am encouraged when people keep the garbage, the papers in their pockets and are unable to throw it into the street.
