RE: CLOSED - Coffee Conversation: EVENT 80 (AUG 17 - 19)

It is the essence of coffee to be bitter, in a pleasant way; we all love it for that reason and to take away that bitter touch is to eliminate its originality; for that reason I will always prefer to drink a bitter coffee with a small sweet or accompaniment than to drink a coffee that is extremely sweet.
For me it is a vice and a great pleasure to be able to accompany my coffees with small pastries. I know that most of you think the same as I do. ☕️
