Michelle betrays Niko to all her friends in GTA IV

Today I faced disappointing situations, since in Niko's story, it turned out that the girlfriend was cheating on both Niko and his brother Roman and his best friend Mallorie, her name is Michelle Stone and all this time she has been a government agent incognito, it is not known what organization she works for, the truth is that she has nothing good in her hands and Niko felt very betrayed by it.
At the beginning of the game I went to Elizabeta's apartment, where when I arrived I found Litle Jacob having a very noisy argument due to a delivery of drugs to a suspicious client, Elizabeta blamed Jacob for that sale and still did not receive the full payment, reason why Elizabeta scolded Jacob.
He trusted his client, but Elizabeta knows this person and knows well that this mysterious guy is not going to pay, so we have the objective of infiltrating a hospital in ruins to recover the drugs, but it is suspected that there is a government infiltrator hidden among them.
The mission will not be easy at all, as there are many armed men both inside and outside, and not only that, there is only one entrance and one exit by the same road, so I have to move little by little to be able to finish with all the dealers without receiving mortal damage.
The place was huge, and the drug was at the end of all this ruined hospital, so when I got to the place, I noticed that only two people were outside so I had to move slowly without them feeling my trail, because if they see me right now, they will all come out of the hospital to shoot me among all, so I have to kill them fast, because if the others stay inside, they won't shoot me among all.
After killing the two guards that were at the entrance, I entered the place and continued killing everything in my path, but I noticed that not only the drug dealers are on the ground, but also above the ruins, so I have to be attentive to both those below and above, but they were easy to kill.
Then they all piled up in one room where everyone who peeked through the door frames, shot them, fortunately I had a new machine gun that shoots pretty fast, it is very useful and easy to manipulate.
I continued my way and arrived to where the drugs were, moment where Niko informed Jacob that he already had the drugs, but out of nowhere a police helicopter appeared and when I realized, I had 3 levels of search, so it was time to face police with bulletproof vests and heavy weapons.
First time I reached this quest level in this GTA, so I found it very surprising to see even how the helicopter was chasing me, it had a machine gun on the bottom of it, but it never used it against me, I guess it was because I still didn't have the whole quest level completed.
I was totally surrounded by the cops, it was incredible to see so many in one place, they were also determined to kill Niko, so I had to find a way to survive, and these guys are well trained, so they have better aim than any other enemy I have faced.
It took me a while to get away from these cops, especially that their cars were very fast, so I found a fast car and pushed the gas pedal to the metal to get away from the cops, in fact, many of them were shooting at me, the car so cool I know well I was left in pieces.
After running away from the cops, I called Jacob to let him know that everything was clear and he told me to go to an alley to deliver the drugs, but when we arrived Mallorie surprised us, I hadn't heard from Niko's “girlfriend” for a long time, since I tried to call her several times from my cell phone and she never answered the calls since a few missions ago.
Mallorie showed up to take the bag of drugs from Niko, betraying everyone at that moment, mentioning to us that she works for the government, and that we had no choice but to give her the drugs if we did not want to be arrested, Niko and Jacob were very surprised with what was happening, now Jacob has to deal with the scoldings of Elizabeta and Niko of the followings of his Ex-Girlfriend.
