¡Holaaaaa mis estimados, nuevamente con otra receta para ustedes!

Una de las recetas que más se me resisten a la ora de cocinar son las masas para preparar panes en casa. He probado infinidades de recetas, de libros de cocina, de amigos panaderos, de paginas web, de videos de Youtube y he fracasado o por lo menos no han cubierto mis expectativas. De tantas recopilaciones y cambios de ingredientes y cantidades, por fin logré hacer un pan que puedo decir que me satisfizo. Estoy tan contenta que no dudé en compartir con todos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive.
En el sector donde vivo, habían dos panaderías, de las dos solo en una vendían panes dulces, recientemente cerraron sus puerta y ya no tenemos donde comprar el pan. Mi madre, que es amante del pan dulce, tenía días pidiendo el pancito y en vista de que las panaderías donde venden están muy lejos de casa, decidí arriesgarme con una prueba de tantas recopilaciones y este es el resultado.

Hello my dears, again with another recipe for you!

One of the recipes that most resist me when cooking is the dough to prepare bread at home. I have tried countless recipes, cookbooks, baker friends, web pages, YouTube videos and I have failed or at least they have not met my expectations. After so many compilations and changes of ingredients and quantities, I was finally able to make a bread that I can say satisfied me. I am so happy that I did not hesitate to share it with all my dear friends at Foodies Bee Hive.
In the area where I live, there were two bakeries, of the two only one sold sweet bread, they recently closed their doors and we no longer have a place to buy bread. My mother, who is a lover of sweet bread, had been asking for the roll for days and since the bakeries where they sell are very far from home, I decided to take a risk with a test of so many compilations and this is the result.

  • 500 mg de harina de trigo
  • 100 gr de azúcar
  • 200 ml de leche líquida (caliente)
  • 100 ml de agua fría
  • 1/2 cda de sal
  • 1 cda de vainilla
  • 1 huevo
  • 50 ml de aceite vegetal
  • 12 gr de levadura granulada

Para barnizar:

  • 1 huevo batido
  • 1/2 de taza de azúcar
  • 20 ml de agua

  • 500 mg of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml of liquid milk (hot)
  • 100 ml of cold water
  • 1/2 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 12 gr of granulated yeast

To varnish:

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 20 ml of water

Lo primero que haremos será fermentar la levadura. Para ello colocaremos en un recipiente los 100 gr de azúcar, luego la vainilla y a continuación agregamos la leche caliente y revolvemos.

The first thing we will do is ferment the yeast. To do this, we will place the 100 g of sugar in a container, then the vanilla and then add the hot milk and stir.

Una vez que se ha disuelto el azúcar agregamos el agua fría, para restar temperatura al preparado, ya que si agregamos la levadura con el líquido caliente, no se activaría. Comprobamos que esté tibia y agregamos la levadura.

Once the sugar has dissolved, add the cold water to reduce the temperature of the preparation, since if we add the yeast with the hot liquid, it would not activate. We check that it is warm and add the yeast.

Mientras se activa la levadura, en un bol agregamos la harina de trigo y la sal, mezclamos y hacemos un hoyo en el centro y echamos el huevo y los 50 ml de aceite.

While the yeast is activated, in a bowl add the wheat flour and salt, mix and make a hole in the center and add the egg and 50 ml of oil.

Vertemos la levadura fermentada y con una espátula comenzamos a mezclar los ingredientes.

Cuando esté todo compacto, transferimos la masa a la mesa y comenzamos a amasar hasta formar una bola uniforme. Amasaremos por 10 minutos aproximadamente. Esta masa debe quedar húmeda. Si es necesario agregue un poco más de harina pero sin exceder para que no se ponga dura. Colocamos nuevamente en el bol y dejamos reposar por dos horas o hasta que duplique su volumen.

When everything is compact, we transfer the dough to the table and begin to knead until it forms a uniform ball. We will knead for approximately 10 minutes. This dough should be moist. If necessary add a little more flour but without exceeding so that it does not get hard. Put it back in the bowl and let it rest for two hours or until it doubles its volume.

Con esta receta obtendremos 1 kg de masa aproximadamente.
Cuando ya ha duplicado su volumen, transferimos a la mesa y cortamos en 5 trozos de 200 gr aproximadamente.

With this recipe we will obtain approximately 1 kg of dough.
When it has already doubled its volume, we transfer it to the table and cut it into 5 pieces of approximately 200 gr.

Tomamos una porción de masa y estiramos para desgasificar. Luego realizamos un rollete que iremos estirando hasta formar una tira de 70 cm de largo.

Para formar las trenzas, realizamos una N e iremos enlazando hasta formar una trenza. También podemos hacer tres tiras e igualmente enlazamos hasta trenzar. Realizamos la misma operación con el resto de las porciones de masa.

Las colocamos en una bandeja previamente engrasada, tapamos con paños secos y dejamos reposar por 30 minutos para que vuelvan a levar y duplicar su volumen.

Para el barnizado, batimos un huevo y mezclamos media taza de azúcar con un poco de agua sólo para humedecer el azúcar. No debemos disolverla. solo humedecer.

Transcurrido el tiempo de reposo, barnizamos las trenzas, primeramente con el huevo batido y luego con la mezcla de azúcar húmeda, por toda la superficie.

Introducimos en el horno previamente precalentado a 180ºC por una hora.

Pasado el tiempo de cocción y que hayamos conseguido el dorado de las trenzas deseado, retiramos del horno y dejamos enfriar.

De verdad que esta receta me encantó. Las trenzas son de buen tamaño y un sabor delicioso. Mi madre quedó encantada. Lo disfrutamos con un deliciosa café recién colado para merendar. También son ideales para desayunar y acompañar con chocolate caliente, con leche o como prefieras.

Most interest groups and businesses have discord rooms on the side because they wont talk here or more able to teach views there to shill out of public view. They can do odd stuff to you in discord rooms they cant do here. I’ve seen people get mugged and shaken down in discords, be careful while visiting new discords, even if they are a business. They also hide behind skirts there while on the creep like they do in the new ones they are in.

The operators doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved in the same discord groups around @fyrstikken and friends. Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. Shes in some groups with seemingly detached characters that dont even acknowledge the others in the group, looking oddly staged. She starts projects and does nothing with it or the delegations after its used to sway people. Like @steempowertwins does<------fake along with her @teamgood <------fake. No substance in her comments and has a following that adores her for what? Life coach she is not nor is she insightful with any meaningful skills to follow. Ruler of pixie dust maybe? I would like for someone to show me but probably wont out fear maybe? @fyrstikken groups around him down voted me into censored and not viewable on my accounts as soon I told what they were doing.

I cant prove @battleaxe is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing V2K because she cant and could care less. I guarantee she knows this is going around and still wont prove it because she cant. Many of us here can prove what they have been doing to survive the past 5 years. What does she live off of? It definitely isnt in public view here.

I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have been trying to kill me using RNM with applied V2K mental games while revealing as many accessories to the crime as they can. Its a terrorist act on American soil while some yawn and say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and why nothing is being done. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control that have ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers prevented from telling the truth from being treated as criminals?
