My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2023
I washed the car today and several other things around the house. I thought it was a good day to take a rest break from disc golfing.
I went to the dentist this morning. My gums are looking worse. The dentist remains convinced that I need to start on some very expensive treatment plan with some mouth guard infused hydrogen peroxide. I'm not so sure. Maybe I want to save my money for other things.
Medical and dental care is costly. I feel like I am very healthy for my age, and I have had a very happy life in my older age. At this point, I feel like I am able to face whatever happens with a certain level of grace and equanimity. I have lived almost as long as my grandfather when he died. I'm not sure if it is worth being too terribly concerned about my teeth. However, the dentist suggested I add salt to the waterpick and use mouthwash twice a day along with everything else. This seemed like a good plan, and hopefully, things will improve.

I agree; dental and medical is a bit ridiculous in pricing! Dental insurance can be crazy too. One plan goes like this: The first year, they cover like 40% of whatever. The second year, it's about 50% and then after the 3rd year, they cover 80%. Maybe the premiums might should be saved and just pay for the the work to be done. Anyway, it's crazy!
Doggie is very cute! I think he just wants to go disc golfing or perhaps out anyplace! He looks ready for an adventure for sure.

I think that medical expenses are increased even more after the pandemic and we have no other options than dealing with it. Doggie is enjoying the photo session it seems. Have a nice day

of course this is not a good thing for your teeth, even though we should take good care of your teeth but if the number is so big we will definitely consider it first I hope your teeth are not too bad for your daily life like you said you are so healthy for your age now
I also agree with the doctor that if you wash your mouth with salt mixed with lukewarm or lukewarm water I think the toothache will be cured to some extent.
Everything changes with age and we have to accept that and you told me about the dental problems. that I also had at one time which was too much to bear. Finally I went to a dentist for consultation and he did a small operation on my gums, and then I got some relief from the fact that toothache is not enough to describe how painful it is.
Anyway best wishes for you that all your ailments are cured and you can get back to your life very nicely and it's actually cleanliness is a good part of human being always better to be clean.
