My Actifit Report Card: June 19 2022
Hello friends and actifiters,
today is a beautiful warm and sunny day.
When it's hot, trees are a cool and beautiful shelter from the heat, and the photo on the cover I took today under a magnolia tree whose large leaves create ample shade.
The Actifit report is about yesterday, a relaxing day spent together with my family.
A beautiful walk in the park allowed me to take 3800 steps.
Today, on the other hand, is a work day and I will hardly be able to take enough steps but I will try anyway ;)
Nature is wonderful and life is a gift and every moment should be lived as if it were the last.

oggi è una bellissima giornata calda e soleggiata.
Quando fa caldo gli alberi sono un fresco e bellissimo riparo dal caldo e la foto in copertina l'ho scattata oggi sotto un albero di magnolia che con le sue grandi foglie crea un ampia ombra.
Il report di Actifit è relativo a ieri, giornata di relax passata insieme alla mia famiglia.
Una bellissima passeggiata nel parco mi ha permesso di fare 3800 passi.
Oggi invece è una giornata lavorativa e difficilmente riuscirò a fare sufficienti passi ma ci proverò lo stesso ;)
La natura è meravigliosa e la vita è un dono e ogni momento va vissuto come fosse l'ultimo.
