Victorian Period Drama Christmas Ambience | Basic Background Noise | Calm Fireplace Sounds | 3 Hours
In 1800, Queen Charlotte held a Christmas party for the children of all the principal families in Windsor. She came up with the idea that instead of the customary yew bough, she would have an entire yew tree. She covered it with baubles, fruit and presents and stood it in the middle of the drawing-room floor. It was a success — a truly enchanting spectacle for the children to gaze upon! Christmas trees quickly became popular in English upper-class circles, where they used yews, box trees, pines or firs, adorned with trinkets and candles and surrounded by presents. By the time Queen Charlotte died in 1818, the Christmas-tree tradition was firmly established in society, and it continued to flourish throughout the 1820s and 30s. In December 1840, Prince Albert (Queen Victoria’s consort) imported several spruce firs from his native Coburg in December 1840. Periodicals began publishing depictions and descriptions of the royal Christmas tree well until the 1850s, which by then, to have a Christmas tree in one’s home had caught on with the masses throughout England.

🏝️ * How I make these videos *
You can watch the process behind one of my videos here:
All of my videos are completely original and made from scratch. They can take weeks to produce and are completed in different stages. (This particular video is an exception and was made with a different method).
I create my 3D scenes in VUE. This involves sculpting terrains, sourcing materials, modelling items, and placing them into the scene, adjusting lighting, angles, and many other effects.
Once I’ve rendered the scene, I might use compositing techniques and other adjustments in Adobe Photoshop to add in new features. Then, I import it into Adobe After Effects, where I bring the scene to life with various animations and effects.
Next, I create a soundscape specifically for the atmosphere by combining several sounds together using a sound mixer, which involves applying various settings and adjustments.
Finally, everything is put together with video editing software and uploaded here for you to enjoy!
