No se si les ha pasado, pero cuando llegamos por primera vez a trabajar a un lugar vamos con tantas expectativas y algunos miedos, ya que llegar a un lugar en donde no tenemos conocidos es intimidante y algo incomodo, a mí en lo personal me cuesta socializar a la primera, yo soy mas observadora al principio y muy callada por lo que me cuesta integrarme facilmente, ah! pero en lo que agrarro confianza no hay quien me pare jajajajja. no se imaginan lo que sufrí cuando me cambié de trabajo recientemente, pero ese es otro cuento 😂
I do not know if it has happened to you, but when we arrive for the first time to work in a place we go with so many expectations and some fears, because arriving at a place where we do not have acquaintances is intimidating and somewhat uncomfortable, me personally I find it hard to socialize at first, I am more observant at first and very quiet so it costs me to integrate easily, ah! but when I gain confidence there is no one to stop me hahahahahahahaha. you can not imagine what I suffered when I changed jobs recently, but that's another story 😂
Actualmente soy docente de aula y trabajé por 9 años en una institución que fue mi segunda casa,lugar en donde coseché una amistad muy bonita durante todo este tiempo tanto así que ahora que no trabajo allá con ellos seguimos en contacto y reuniendonos cada vez que podemos.
A parte del respeto laboral que nos tenemos existe el respeto de la amistad y cada vez que podiamos en la misma institución celebrabamos a los cumpleañeros del mes , haciamos compartir del día de la amistad, del dia de la madre, del padre del docente entre otros.
I am currently a classroom teacher and I worked for 9 years in an institution that was my second home, a place where I harvested a very nice friendship during all this time so much so that now that I do not work there with them we are still in contact and we meet every time we can.
In addition to the work respect we have for each other, there is the respect of friendship and every time we could in the same institution we celebrated the birthdays of the month, we shared friendship day, mother's day, father's day, teacher's day, among others.
Cada cierre de año escolar luego del acto de graduación nos reuniamos en casa de cualquiera de nosotros y haciemos sancochos, parrillas una vez llegamos a hacer una paella 😋.
We formed a close-knit group that not only saw each other at work but also outside of it, sharing with our family.
At the end of each school year, after the graduation ceremony, we would get together at each other's houses and we would cook sancochos, and barbecues, and once we even made a paella 😋.
Tanto ha sido la integración que mi esposo los conoce a todos y ya practicamente forma parte del grupo solo le falta que vaya a trabajar con nosotros jajajaja.
In December we met, I say we met because with the pandemic we stopped doing it this year we will resume it 😃, but we always organized and made hallacas and shared from very early in a family atmosphere.
So much has been the integration that my husband knows everyone and is practically part of the group, he only needs to go to work with us hahahaha.

I really feel very happy to have formed a group of friends in my work environment, because this makes for a harmonious atmosphere where it makes you go to work because you know that you will meet people who in one way or another make your day.

Que agradable es estrechar lazos de amistad con los compañeros de trabajo, ya que con ellos pasamos tantas horas de trabajos y compartimos tantos momentos, que llegan a formar parte de nuestro día a día, y muchos llegan a convertirse en nuestros compadres, hermanos.

Así tengo muy buenas amigas gracias al trabajo 😊, el lugar de trabajo es nuestro segundo hogar es donde pasamos la mayoría de las horas. Que bueno has conseguido buenas amistades 😊.
