How I prepared Ladies Finger Soup

Ladies Finger soup is a soup I love to prepare and as well eat. Late last year a friend shared a research article with me showing the harmful substance Gossypol that inhibits sperm production in male by blocking important enzymes this prompted my search online to confirm this. So I discovered Gossypol is active in fresh Ladies Finger seeds so I decided that I am going to allow my Ladies Finger soup cook for a longer time though I'm female but I'm still conscious to cook it very well. Since them I continued to prepared and eat my delicious Ladies Finger soup. Let me take you through the process.

Items used
Ladies Finger
Fresh tomatoes
Chicken
Crayfish
Seasoning
Vegetable oil
Onion
Salt and seasoning

Procedure

Chop the Ladies Finger into smaller sizes as desired.

Steam the meat and add the spices in the stock

While the stock is boiling add your desired quantity of vegetable oil and stir very well. I prefer to cook my ladies finger directly than frying it with gentle heat before add it to the stock.
