My new Solid State Disk Drive (SSD) - EAGET E300 | Unboxing (ENG/ESP)

Since I can remember with computers I have always used HDD (Hard Disk Drives) and although the SSD (Solid State Drives) already have a great time in the market, I never worried about wanting to buy one, I always thought they were the same and that their only difference was the size. After some time I could realize that I was completely wrong, since SSD's optimize the whole system to a great extent.
In my PC I had in use two HDD, one of 750GB and another one of 500GB, honestly I have lost count of the time they had with me, I was waiting for the right time to upgrade and buy my first SSD, so I could leave my two HDD for pure storage. But the tragedy would come, in the blink of an eye my HDD would stop working, fell one after the other, I had no chance to rescue important information I had on them, I felt more sadness than anger, as they were with me for a long time.
Desde que tengo uso de razón con las computadoras siempre he usado HDD (Discos Duro) y aunque los SSD (Discos de estado Sólidos) ya tienen un gran tiempo en el mercado, nunca me preocupe por querer comprar uno, siempre creí que eran iguales y que su única diferencia era el tamaño. Después de pasado un tiempo pude darme cuenta de que estaba completamente equivocado, ya que los SSD optimizan en gran medida todo el sistema.
En mi PC tenía en uso dos HDD, uno de 750GB y otro de 500GB, honestamente he perdido la cuenta del tiempo que tenían conmigo, estaba esperando el momento idóneo para actualizarme y comprarme mi primer SSD, así podía dejar mis dos HDD para el puro almacenamiento. Pero la tragedia llegaría, en un abrir y cerrar de ojos mis HDD dejarían de funcionar, cayó uno detrás del otro, no tuve posibilidad de rescatar información importante que tenía en ellos, sentí más tristeza que rabia, ya que estuvieron conmigo por mucho tiempo.
One day after the tragedy I went in search of the new acquisition for my PC, I was still a bit affected by what happened with my hard drives, but I had to leave it behind and solve it quickly, since 90% of my income comes from my work on my PC and HiveBlog.
The wait wasn't very long, when I arrived to the city center I didn't have to walk much to get what I was looking for, there was that nice SSD waiting for me.
Un día después de la tragedia me dispuse a ir en busca de la nueva adquisición para mi PC, aún estaba algo afectado por lo sucedido con mis Discos Duro, pero tenía que dejarlo atrás y resolver rápido, ya que el 90% de mis ingresos económicos proviene de mis trabajos en la PC y de HiveBlog.
La espera no fue muy larga, al llegar al centro de la ciudad no tuve que caminar mucho para conseguir lo que buscaba, ahí estaba ese lindo SSD esperando por mí.
From the first moment they showed it to me and I could have it in my hands I liked it. It is branded "EAGET" model E300 120GB, by the letters shown on the box I can deduce that it was manufactured by an Asian company. It is true that many computer components that come from those places do not have very good reviews, but personally I can say that I have done quite well buying these components from Asian brands, my RGB heatsink and my memory ram are of one of these brands and so far I am quite satisfied with their performance, I have not had any problems, I hope this new SSD is not the opposite and have optimal performance for a long time.
Desde el primer momento que me lo mostraron y pude tenerlo en mis manos me gusto. Es de la marca "EAGET" modelo E300 de 120GB, por las letras que se mostraban en la caja pude deducir que había sido fabricado por alguna empresa asiática. Bien es cierto que muchos componentes de computadoras que vienen desde esos lugares no tienen muy buenas reseñas, pero en lo personal puedo decir que a mí me ha ido bastante bien comprando estos componentes de Marcas Asiáticas, mi disipador de calor RGB y mis memorias ram son de alguna de estas marcas y hasta la fecha estoy bastante satisfecho con su desempeño, no he tenido ningún tipo de problemas, espero que esté nuevo SSD no sea lo contrario y tenga un rendimiento óptimo durante mucho tiempo.
When I got home I got down to work to do the installation of my new SSD and give it its respective formatting =) something I really like is its color, which makes it look simple and elegant at the same time, the truth is quite nice.
For the formatting I used "Windows 8.1 PRO", I have been very surprised with the speed in which the OS was installed, now I know why a solid state drive is so indispensable, you start to see the optimization from the first moment.
Al llegar a casa me puse manos a la obra para hacer la instalación de mi nuevo SSD y darle su respectivo formateo =) algo que me gusta mucho es su color, que lo hace ver sencillo y elegante a la vez, la verdad es bastante bonito.
Para el formateo usé "Windows 8.1 PRO", he quedado muy sorprendido con la velocidad en que se instaló el Sistema Operativo, ahora sé por qué un disco de estado sólido es tan indispensable, la optimización la empiezas a ver desde el primer momento.
Once the OS was installed and ready to use, I started doing some tests and the truth is that the difference is very noticeable, the system in general feels much more fluid, everything is faster from program use to installation.
My new SSD has already started its life, I just hope that it will be quite durable, I will also contribute to ensure that the components of my PC have a long life. And if you have read this far and you don't have a solid state drive, I encourage you to get one, mine cost $20 (120GB), actually they are not that expensive, you won't regret with the results.
Una vez que el Sistema Operativo ya estaba instalado y listo para usarse, empece hacer algunas pruebas y la verdad es que la diferencia se nota demasiado, el sistema en general se siente mucho más fluido, todo es más rápido desde uso de programas hasta instalaciones de los mismos.
Ya mi nuevo SSD empezó su vida, solo espero que la misma sea bastante duradera, yo de mi parte también aportaré para que los componentes de mi PC tengan una larga vida. Y si tú que has llegado a leer hasta aquí y no tienes un disco de estado sólido, te motivo a que adquieras uno, el mío tuvo un costo de 20$ (120GB), en realidad no son tan costosos, no te arrepentirás con los resultados.

La verdad creo que a muchos nos ha pasado alguna vez, en realidad no me esperaba el deceso de mis dos HDD, tenía planes a futuros con ellos, pero en fin, paso y no hay vuelta atrás. Igual de alguna u otra forma el SSD iba a llegar, ahora a disfrutar y que la vida de mi nuevo SSD sea larga y duradera 😎

felicidades mano, lo mejor que le puede pasar a una computadora es una ssd, la vivi con la mia que tardaba años en arrancar y en el momento que le conecte uno de estos empezo a volar, desde ese dia no podia entender como vivia sin uno

Damn nice, I honestly sould upgrade my laptop to SSD because it's only HDD now. Maybe with new SSD, I can play better games :D
