Power Nap Is Powerful, My Story! My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2023

Had a power nap and feeling really good and productive. I'm really very blessed that I asleep whenever I lay down on bed and close my eye. I've a friend who suffer from insomnia and he ask me that how I asleep so easily? I've peace of mind maybe that's why I can asleep faster, this is my reply to him. He tried many formula even once he had sleeping pills but later doctor told him to stop the pills because he could depend on sleeping pills which is not good for him.
I take power nap in the day and it make me feel recharged but I can sleep early at night too. There are many people who takes nap when its day and can sleep early at night, they awake for late night. Many people take coffee and tea in the evening or at night and that help them stay awake for late night but it doesn’t work for me even you know what friends, I fall asleep when a show is running on my phone or laptop screen and this happened to me many times.
Sleeping is a blessing when it is normal and natural but excess everything bad. I think my sleepy nature is normal but it will come on time and after waking up I don't like laying down on bed for long time though I'm a little lazy 😁
I've a good news to share that made my day awesome. Hive was pumping and I sold it and made profit of 38 dollars. Small amount but still satisfying. I purchased more hive with $600 and this time expecting again the price of hive $0.45, it was more than $0.42 when I purchased and I make less profit but trade regularly and carefully if get chance. I wish I could invest more to earn big. Maybe someday I can afford to invest big to earn big! Each attempt is a hope!
Had a short walk outside and made 7k plus activity number for the day!
