Don't Let Nonchalant Attitude Ruin You

Nonchalant attitude is a bad attitude that can be caused by arrogant, laziness, tardiness or rudeness. Some people use their nonchalant attitude to destroy their customer relations the most. How will a customer feel if they were disappointed twice by you? If is me, forget about me patronizing you again, well some people don't mind if one customer did not come again with the aim that another person will come. But what if you did the same thing to that person too so what is going to happen.

It is not funny when the boss dump all the hard work on her apprentice and not bother to check the work they do to know if it is well done or not and just assumed they did it well when they told her they were done. What is best for the boss is to always cross check his or her apprentice work before deliver it to the customer.

I have a fashion designer as a neighbor at my shop, she is good at her work and she have a good customer relation but she have one bad attitude and that is nonchalant attitude. She have industrial sewing machine and manual sewing machine. She also have industrial weaving machine and manual and because of the industrial weaving machine, she abandon the manual one, it is faulty but she refused to repair it because she have industrial one you know, no body knows when engine will stop working.

In my area, they only gave us two to three our light and she always have clothes to weave and some to sew but instead of her to weave the clothes they brought for weaving, she will rushed to use industrial sewing machine because she is too lazy to use manual to sew and will be waiting for her apprentice that is not around to come back and weave but before she comes back they have already took the light and was unable to do the customers clothe.

Because of this, she lost three customers that day because when they come for their clothes they were disappointed and they left angrily.
I don't promise people what I know that I can not fulfill because once people know you with that habit it will be part of your name.
