My first #FungiFriday entry for October

I haven't been that active for the past weeks here in Hive nor have I been active personally. I haven't been out for a walk but glad that I still have these photos as my entry for #FungiFriday. Thanks to @ewkaw for this initiative.

These photos were taken when I visited Tower of Peace again. One of the purposes I went there is to find some fungi and glad that I did find some. They were little ones though. There is only one kind that I saw there. I saw some by the tower but they are not enough, only one or two I think.

I then walked around the park in search for more. It had been a rainy month so I was hoping there would be more growing somewhere by then, nay everywhere.

I almost gave up but when I circled back, it was near the monkey bars that I found the rest of them. One was growing out of a dead bark. I picked that up and I was able to take photos of the underside of it. When viewed from above the mushroom looks like a cupcake or bread.

I haven't ventured in the corners of the park. Maybe next time that's what I will do and hopefully I can find more fungi there.
