Foam Coffee

Note that all photos were originally uploaded here Leeart's Page.

That is my page and I would like to promote it here. I hope you'll follow me and let's support each other. Help me grow my page.

For starters, this is a link to a short reel I made.

This is my first time to visit this cafe. This started as a small space but over time, it grew and took the space beside it where several businesses have come and gone before it finally was taken over by Foam Coffee.

Because our original place to go to awhile ago was full, our feet brought us here as we went looking for alternative place to go.

The place was full, almost all seats were taken especially inside the cafe itself so we chose to sit outside.

Foam Coffee is self-service. Choose and pay your order at the counter. There are no photos of their meal, just a list that you will choose from save for the pastries by the counter.

They have a variety of food and drinks that you can choose from. I was eyeing for some of the pastries for they look yummy and tempting.

However, an insect of sort, not sure if it was a roach, caught my attention in one of the trays. It was small and running frantically up and down some of the bread. We pointed that out to the staff and they took it right away.

That was a disappointment so I forego the pastries instead.

I then ordered gochuchang/gochujang pasta and iced coffee. My partner had beef rendang and hot brewed coffee.

While waiting for our order, I took photos of the place.

This was their hours before but now they are open 24/7.

This bike greets you as you enter the cafe which I find it cool. It's a nice decor where you can take a selfie. Most of the cafe's here have bicycles. This is the first one I saw having this.

These are the pastries I have mentioned earlier. They do look tasty!

Right now they are having holiday drinks too but we didn't avail any of that. Maybe next time.

Minimalist seem to be the choice of decor here. As you can see, the place doesn't have much to look at but they have placed enough lights to liven up the place. The wooden furniture and fixtures is a good warm contrast to the grey and cold built of the place.

Beef rendang which I find to be sweet and salty at the same time. It has that coconut flavor to it. The meat is well cooked which is good.

Gochujang pasta with kimchi and toasted bread topped with pork and cheese. This is spicy. You can request for a milder version.

The food was served one at a time that's why there is a wait before our other order was served. That's not good if you want your food to be warm. The last person to be served will be the lucky one. There were only two of us. I wonder if with a bigger group they will serve that way, one order at a time. I hope it's not that way.

Food and drinks are okay but the service not so much plus there was that incident with the insect. All in all, it's a 2.5/5 for me.

Foam Coffee is located at Upper G/F Travelite Hotel, Shuntug St., Baguio City, Philippines. You can contact them at 0977 602 3750 or their facebook page. Free wifi is available too. We paid in cash. I forgot if they accept any other mode of payment.
