What i have learned from hive

A day with a great teacher is better than 30 years of study

there’s a saying that you have to learn as if you are going to live forever and you live as if you are going to die tomorrow, learning is a continuous affair in the hive community, there’s a potential for learning something new in every community in this platform.

the hive platform is a delegator it promotes empowerment through learning, meaning as you learn you are also paid according to your own quota of contribution because everybody is important in this platform.

i have learned so much from hive and some of the things i have learnt from hive is to

Convert time and not waste it

*i often hear people say time is money, but I have discovered that only very few people really mean that word, many people say it just to appear important and busy in front of people, while some say it because it’s a common and rampant word’ even people who don’t want to be late to night clubs say it.

but in the hive community every seconds count, hive has taught me that every second wasted is one connection lost, one knowledge lost and one dollar lost*
in hive you don’t loose time you gain it.

respect diverse talents and learn in different ways

talents are everywhere, everybody has one but many talents go unnoticed because of the way the country system works, the hive system recognizes every talent and put them to use, i have met wonderful talents here in hive and i have benefited from them, i have never been a student better than now’ hive has taught me to communicate information better and express my talents in diverse ways.

also before now I don’t know anything about binance and crypto currency, hive has really opened my eyes to the finance world.

set effective goals and get involve

i have also learned how to set effective goals through hive, i know when and how to spend my time and money, i now have a to do and to be list which are all backed up with active steps, now I’m not just a goal setter I’m now a goal getter because

You are absolutely right, hive is a great place for learning and it's indeed a great privilege to be part of this blockchain. I really can't mention all the things hive has impacted in me, they are quite numerous and I'm happy to know it has impacted you also.
