How I Cook Adobong Chicken Feet For Our Lunch

Hello! How are you? Since the pandemic, I've been the cook here at our house the one food I wanted to cook is Adobong Adidas *(Chicken Feet) since one of my grandmothers cooked it for us I never forget the taste of it but it is sad that all of them passed away I remember they are teasing me that I already can get married which is funny thinking about it now.

So for today, I am going to cook Adobong Adidas (Chicken Feet) for our lunch fun fact chicken feet are high in collagen which is good for the skin, etc but not the reason why I like to eat because it is delicious some people don't want to eat chicken feet I don't blame them the feet look weird but for sure it
It tastes good though.



Ingredient I Used:

  • Half Kilo Chicken Feet
  • 6 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning
  • 1 tsp of Ground Pepper
  • 6 Cups of Water
  • 1 tsp of Chili Flakes
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil


Cooking Time:

In a hot pan, I added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and then put the garlic, onion, and ginger all in one.

I let them sautee until slightly brown and fragrant and then put the chicken feet in.

I let the chicken feet cook for just a minute.

Next, I add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.

And then I added two tablespoons of white vinegar, to help the cooking process fast it will let the chicken feet soften easily.

And then I added 1 teaspoon of ground pepper and 1 tsp of chili flakes.

And then I added seasoning in to add more flavor to the food.

And then I added 6 cups of water or until the chicken feet drown LOL.

And this is how it looks like before it gets to boil.

Then I put the lid on and set the flame medium-high.

And the water gets reduced and gets thick after that I added 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. To make the liquid more thicker. And the adobong chicken feet are cooked.
