Not really. There is a variable that you latched onto that doesnt operate in the established banking system (at least at the level we see/it is part of the shadow banking system). When dealing with multiple currencies, plus collateralization for something just created, it does generate some interesting possibilities.

One of the keys you latched onto is the velocity of money. This is overlooked in all the inflation discussion. The VoM in the major economies is about deal. The US, last I looked, ran a 1.115; Japan and the EU were half of that. If we can get the VoM flowing at a 3-4 rate, you would be onto something huge. The economy would see transactions that would end up with the equivalent to GDP in the trillions.
