After the intense meeting with Oda, I had to go to Jig-Jig Street taking Tokemura with me to find a fixer and we got some lethal information about Japantown that we might use soon. Then I met Rogue, the ex-partner of Johnny who gave us intel about our next target Anders Hellman, and also gave me a name who can help me with this job.

After talking to the person that Rogue referred, I needed to call the lady named Panam and she asked me to meet her at the Rail Freight Yard on Bonita Street. I found this cool six-wheeler car outside Afterlife and I was allowed to drive it so I hit the road driving this car.

After reading the spot, I noticed the lady was working on her car, and when I was getting close to her, I got a phone call from someone named Muamar Reyes aka El Capitan. I decided to take the call before interacting with Panam.

The man from the other side offered me fresh wheels or bikes at good prices. I'll have to hit him up later to buy a cool bike like the one I noticed Jackie rode before. I wonder where that bike is now after Jackie died.

Then I went to Panam and the lady asked me where's her car. V told her on the phone that he'd help her find her car and now he was proposing Panam to help him to know where her car is.

After V told Panam how he'd want her help, Panam said she'd help him but she'd need her car first so I had to tell her the location of her car. As we might need backup, Panam called someone and said we needed to go to Aldecaldo Camp cause she needed to see some of the old clan.

Leaving my six-wheelers behind, I got into Panam's car and she started driving through the stormy weather where only the road and roadside were visible. She drove for a long time and we reached the location where two people blocked us.

I was unsure who they were at first but later I understood that they were pals of Panam. The lady asked them to help her get her car back but they were too busy with other things so they won't come to any help.

Panam said she'd need a sniper rifle and some of her stuff and she started walking towards the clan there and I was just following her without knowing what might be waiting for me there. Panam seemed quite popular in this place.

I followed her till she reached a tent and took a sniper rifle in her hand, and she asked me to carry a box that should have a few odds and ends that should be useful.

I carried the box and I started following Panam to her car and then I had to put the box in the back of the car and then Panam asked me to get back in the car.

V was asking Panam about the clan and how she was a part of them and as there were no important conversation in this ride, I just skipped the ride and we reached the location where we'll wait for Panam's car.
