Hello friends of HIVE. Today I bring you a delicious recipe that is very easy to make. I hope it will be very useful.
En esta época decembrina nos gusta degustar postres y que no mejor que un delicioso ponqué para nuestro paladar.
De esta manera, daré inicio con los ingredientes:

- 400 Gramos de azĂșcar.
- 250 Gramos de mantequilla.
- 3 Huevos.
- 400 Mililitros de leche lĂquida .
- 500 Gramos de Harina de trigo leudante.
- Vainilla al gusto.
- Capacillos para el ponqué.
- 400 grams of sugar.
- 250 grams of butter.
- 3 eggs.
- 400 Milliliters of liquid milk.
- 500 grams of leavening wheat flour.
- Vanilla to taste.
- Cups for the cake.
Paso 1:
Se le agrega la mantequilla a la azĂșcar. Batiendo muy bien hasta integrarlos y que quede como una crema.

Add the butter to the sugar. Beat very well until they are integrated and it looks like a cream.
Paso 2:
Una vez que unimos los ingredientes procedemos a echar los huevos y seguimos batiendo hasta integran los ingredientes.

Paso 3:
Se le agrega la leche lĂquida y seguimos batiendo uniformemente hasta lograr una consistencia homogĂ©nea.

Paso 4:
Procedemos agregar la vainilla a su gusto. Luego mezclamos integrandolos. Hasta formar la mezcla ideal.

Paso 5:
Luego se colocan los capacillos en el molde de ponqués y se echa la mezcla, pero sin llenarlos completamente. Porque estos van a esponjar y elevar su tamaño.

Then place the layers in the cake pan and pour the mixture, but do not fill them completely. Because they will fluff up and increase in size.
Paso 6:
Por Ășltimo, se introduce al horno a 180° Grados, por 15 a 20 minutos, para saber si estan listo se le mete un palillo de madera y cuando salga seco. Ya estarĂĄ listo.
Step 6:
Finally, it is introduced into the oven at 180 ° C, for 15 to 20 minutes, to know if they are ready you put a wooden toothpick and when it comes out dry. It will be ready.
