El día de hoy les traigo esta rica receta de arroz con carne molida que realice un día cuando quería comer algo diferente. Por lo general en mi país es muy común comer un buen plato de pasta o espagueti con carne molida, pero arroz con carne molida no es una combinación muy común o por lo menos para mí no y un día que iba a cocinar me percate de que tenía la carne, pero la pasta no, así que no me quedo más opción que hacerla con arroz, sin embargo, surgió otra duda ¿como hacer arroz con carne molida? Así que busque en internet consiguiendo esta receta de la cual no pude ejecutar por falta de ingredientes; sin embargo, improvisando llegue a hacer algo parecido y este fue el resultado así que en fin, comencemos con la receta.

Today I bring you this delicious recipe of rice with ground beef that I made one day when I wanted to eat something different. Usually in my country it is very common to eat a good plate of pasta or spaghetti with ground beef, but rice with ground beef is not a very common combination or at least not for me and one day when I was going to cook I realized that I had the meat, but not the pasta, so I had no choice but to make it with rice, however, another question arose: how to make rice with ground beef? So I searched the internet getting this recipe which I could not execute for lack of ingredients; however, improvising I got to do something similar and this was the result so anyway, let's start with the recipe.

INGREDIENTES:

Arroz:

  • 5 dientes de ajo.
  • 1 tazas de arroz
  • 2 tazas de agua (va a depender del arroz que uses, algunos necesitan mas o menos agua)
  • Sal al gusto

Relleno:

  • 250 gr de carne molida
  • 400 ml de pasta de tomate
  • 2 Cucharadas de salsa de tomate
  • 1 Cebolla
  • 5 Dientes de ajo
  • 1 cucharita de salsa de soya
  • 1/2 cucharita de azúcar
  • Sal, Pimienta, oregano y Comino al gusto

INGREDIENTS:

Rice:

  • 5 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of water (it will depend on the rice you use, some need more or less water).
  • Salt to taste

Filling:

  • 250 gr ground beef
  • 400 ml of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt, Pepper, oregano and Cumin to taste

Pasos/ Steps

Comenzamos vertiendo aceite en un caldero y sofreímos los dientes de ajo previamente machacados por unos 12 segundos, luego colocamos el agua, el arroz y sal al gusto, luego esperamos que hierva y una vez empiece a hervir esperamos de 15 a 20 minutos.

We start pouring oil in a pot and fry the previously crushed garlic cloves for about 12 seconds, then add the water, rice and salt to taste, then we wait for it to boil and once it starts to boil we wait 15 to 20 minutes.

En un bol adobamos la carne molida con comino, pimienta, oregano y sal al gusto. Después en un caldero agregamos aceite y cocinamos la carne hasta que el líquido que bota la carne se evapore, una vez este seco sacamos la carne y la colocamos en un bol.

In a bowl marinate the ground beef with cumin, pepper, oregano and salt to taste. Then in a pot add oil and cook the meat until the liquid evaporates, once it is dry remove the meat and place it in a bowl.

En el mismo caldero en donde hicimos la carne vertemos más aceite y echamos la cebolla y el ajo hasta que quede dorada, luego colocamos la salsa de tomate y revolvemos, aplicamos la pasta de tomate, pimienta, comino, orégano y salsa de soja.

In the same pot where the meat was cooked, pour more oil and add the onion and garlic until golden brown, then add the tomato sauce and stir, add the tomato paste, pepper, cumin, oregano and soy sauce.

Agregamos la carne y revolvemos por unos minutos.

Para servirlo tomamos un tazón pequeño y vertemos aceite para que el arroz no se pegue. Colocaremos una capa de arroz, una capa de carne y por último una capa de arroz, esto lo colocamos sobre un plato plano y lo volteamos.

¡Y listo! La carne con el arroz está hecho.
Esta receta es muy rica y muy gustosa a la vista, ya que cuando lo sirves queda muy hermoso, lo puedes adornar con pimentón verde y rojo y le dar un hermoso toque.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us.
