Now you see the result of your bad money management, yes I also know the part of the government bureaucracy that wants to charge for everything just to enrich a few, I am aware that this government factor plays a lot against any business, but it is that you have the biggest fault for not managing well.

Business with family is not done unless they are well educated financially, since the opening of your company, you never invested in it, you only saw a large circulating and thought you were already rich, I told you not to take more than 2%, but your greed and not taking care of the expenses led you to bankruptcy, it gives me great sadness to see in that state what was your business.

This is how it was after several years of abandonment, a place well located strategically, it was worthless all the market study that I gave you, it was worthless the 10-year projection that I left you well calculated, and I told you that from the 11th you could enjoy the honey of your investment, but I do not repeat your greed destroyed you completely.

Devastado por el tiempo y por las malas decisiones económicas que lo sumergieron en un proceso sin retroceso de la quiebra inminente, no supo manejar los pequeños gastos, esos pequeños gastos son lo que te llevaron a la quiebra, siempre te lo dije cuida los pequeños gastos esos son los asesinos de los negocios que están naciendo, tú penaste que no y me llamaste loco.

Ahora ve el resultado de tu mala administración del dinero, si también lo sé la parte de la burocracia del gobierno que quiere cobrar por todo solo para enriquecer a unos pocos, estoy consiente de que ese factor gobierno juega mucho en contra de cualquier negocio, pero es que tú tienes la mayor culpa por no administrar bien.

Negocio con familia no se hace a menos que ellos estén bien educados financieramente, desde la apertura de tu empresa, nunca más invertiste en ella, solo veías un gran circulante y pensaste que ya eras rico, yo te dije que no sacaras más del 2%, pero tu avaricia y no cuidar los egresos te llevaron a la quiebra, me da mucha tristeza ver en ese estado lo que fue tu negocio.

Así quedo después de varios años de abandono, un lugar bien ubicado estratégicamente, de nada valió todo el estudio de mercado que te entregue, de nada valió la proyección a 10 años que te deje bien calculado, y te dije que a partir del 11 podrías disfrutar de las mieles de tu inversión, pero no repito tu avaricia te destruyo por completo.
