I love stuffed zucchini.
They are very tasty and healthy.

Recipe.
1.Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise,
Cut out the middle in the form of a boat, do not cut off the back and front of the zucchini so that the minced meat does not flow out of the edges.
2.Spread the "boats" with salt and put them on a plate.
3.Let stand for 15 minutes.
4.Salt will take all the moisture out of the zucchini. You will see that the liquid has accumulated right inside the boats.

6.Boil rice, cool.
7.Defrost minced meat.

8.Stuff the zucchini halves with the mixture.
