I'll share my cooking recipe of Roasted liver😋👩🏽🍳.
After a long time today I am here with a roasted liver recipe to share with you. Before sharing the recipe, let's talk about the liver.
Liver is one of the parts of animal body that we usually eat. Taking liver as food brings various benefits to our body. Basically the liver can be roasted and eaten.
Beef or mutton liver can be roasted but I prefer to eat beef liver. Beef liver is a very healthy food because of its iron content. This food rich in iron helps to eliminate blood deficiency in the body.
This roasted liver is very tasty when cooked properly and tastes great. However, due to not knowing the correct recipe, if liver is cooked, a kind of bad smell remains, so its taste is not good. I will try to give the correct recipe.
Now let's know the simple and correct recipe for roasting liver. Hope you will like this recipe of mine.
Ingredients & Steps to follow:
- Beef liver
- Onion
- Onion paste
- Cinnamon
- Bay leaf
- Cardamom
- Turmeric powder
- Chili powder
- Cumin powder
- Salt
- Oil
The process to follow:
First I cut the liver into small pieces. Then I washed and cleaned the livers well. The livers bleed a lot so I washed them well with hot water. If these livers are not cleaned with hot water at this stage, they will leave a very bad smell after cooking. So I boiled the livers well in hot water before cooking them. In this way, if the livers are cleaned with hot water before cooking, the blood inside the livers will come out. If cooked in this way, the livers also look tempting.
Now let's go to the main cooking. First I heated a pan with some oil. After heating the oil, I fried it with bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamom for some time. A very beautiful aroma comes out from these spices.
Then I chopped onion and mixed it with whole spices and fried it for some time. After the onions were a little soft, I fried them with onion paste for some time. All these ingredients should be cooked till the raw smell comes out from the onion paste.
Then I added ginger and garlic paste and salt to taste. After giving these, I mixed all the spices. I added a small amount of water so that these spices do not burn.
Then I mixed cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder with all the spices. All these ingredients were mixed well with little water.
After adding all the spices, I fried them well. If the spices are not roasted well at this stage, their raw flavor will remain. It will not taste like cooking. So I carefully cooked the spices for some time at this stage.
Then I gave the livers there. I mixed the liver with all the spices. Then I cooked these very well for some time.
I added enough water to cook the livers well. I cooked these for about 10 minutes. At this stage I cooked the livers completely.
Then I put the livers in a clean bowl to serve. Everyone in our house likes this dish and its taste was very delicious. After making this dish my tongue is watering to taste it.
This liver roast tastes great with hot rice. Also this liver roast tastes great with paratha or rice bread. Anyway this was my delicious roasted liver recipe. Hope you like it.

Wow. Another way of cooking liver! I remember when my Mom used to roast liver too, as they say it's healthier when roasted. But I haven't tried such a recipe, it looks tasty and delicious though. 🤤
