This is a contest from our community to you, women empowering each other both on the blockchain and in Discord! A place we love and where Hive is alive. If you haven't joined our discord yet, an invite can be found by clicking on the first banner under this post!

We will award 3 HIVE, 300 Ecency Points, and 15 LEO tokens to the best entry. Up to three Second Place winners will receive 2 HIVE, 150 Ecency Points, and 7 LEO tokens each. Third Place Winners will be granted one HIVE, 50 Ecency Points, and a split of the remaining LEO tokens.

For this week we want to know:


1️⃣ Each country has different laws for women, some are very advanced but others have a difficult structure to obtain justice in cases of gender violence. In any case, all women should know the system in their country. In the hypothetical or real case that you are a victim or should help a victim of gender-based violence, do you know what to do? Where to go in that specific city to seek help or file a complaint? Do you know what the procedure is? The idea is to help any woman who needs that knowledge.
It is a delicate subject but if you have any experience that you want to share with other women you are free to do so.

2️⃣ We are already in September and soon it will be the last quarter of the year. Do you have a specific goal you want to achieve by the end of the year? Tell us about it and what you are doing or will do to achieve it.

Many women are silent about violence due to ignorance, verbal violence almost nobody knows that this is abuse, both from women to men and from men to women. I think that more campaigns should be done in depth on the subject.

Make sure you read over the rules again, and bear in mind the importance of sourcing your images or quotes, and may the greatest imagination win!

Excellent topic about laws against gender violence. My sister was a victim of gender violence by her ex-husband about 15 years ago. At that time the laws worked very well and she was given a restraining order. Today I know that there are many entities where you can file complaints of this nature. Thank you ladies for addressing such important issues! 🌼🌼🌼
