Espero se encuentren bien,me acerco a ustedes para traerles una serie de ejercicios para fortalecer la motricidad de los dedos,si bien es sabido que algunas personas se quejan de dolores en las manos y en sus dedos,al momento de escribir,agarrar cosas,apretar la mano,o simplemente moverlos,esto puede ser consecuencia de afecciones como artritis,entumecimiento,problemas en los nervios o con el flujo sanguíneo.

En caso de que se presente dolor en los dedos se puede realizar terapia de frió y calor,y ademas algunos ejercicios efectivos para relajarlos y fortalecerlos;es importante saber que en nuestras ,manos tienen 28 huesos,29 articulaciones,nervios,ligamentos y tendones que nos facilitan realizar las tareas diarias,por tal razón es importante aprender aliviar el dolor de las manos y por ende de los dedos y así lograr mayor motricidad y alivio en los mismos;para lo cual puedes:

_Ejercitar tus manos para aumentar su fuerza.

_Realiza terapia de frió y calor.
_Usa medicamentos como geles,cremas analgésicas y terapias alternativas.
_Reposo de las manos,no se deben exceder en la realización de los ejercicios.
_Recuerden que el tratamiento y terapia dependerá de la causa y síntomas,por lo tanto es recomendable acudir al medico ante rigidez,hinchazón,perdida de movimiento o alguna lesión.


Exercise your hands to increase their strength.
Perform hot and cold therapy.
Use medications such as gels, analgesic creams and alternative therapies.
Rest your hands, do not overdo the exercises.
Remember that the treatment and therapy will depend on the cause and symptoms, therefore it is advisable to see a doctor in case of stiffness, swelling, loss of movement

A continuación les dejo algunos ejercicios para fortalecer la motricidad de sus dedos//Here are some exercises to strengthen your finger motor skills


_ EXTENSIÓN Y FLEXIÓN DE PULGAR,con la palma de la mano abierta,se realiza un movimiento doblando el pulgar hacia el dedo indice,haciendo varias repeticiones.

THUMB EXTENSION AND FLEXION, with the palm of the hand open, a movement is performed by bending the thumb towards the index finger, making several repetitions.

_ SEPARACIÓN DE DEDOS,se coloca la mano con la palma hacia ti y se separan los dedos lo mas que se pueda,luego cierra la mano formando un puño y se mantiene en esa posición por unos segundos,luego se repite el ejercicio con la otra mano varias veces.

FINGER SEPARATION, place the hand with the palm facing you and separate the fingers as far as possible, then close the hand into a fist and hold in that position for a few seconds, then repeat the exercise with the other hand several times.

_ TOQUE DE DEDOS,se coloca la mano de frente con la palma hacia ti y los dedos rectos,luego lleva cada dedo hasta el pulgar,como si estuvieras realizando señas.

FINGER TOUCH, place your hand in front of you with the palm facing you and fingers straight, then bring each finger to the thumb, as if you were making signs.

_ FLEXIÓN DE NUDILLOS,se mantiene la mano al frente con la palma hacia ti y los dedos estirados y juntos,luego se flexiona solo la punta de los dedos,hacia la parte superior de la palma por 30 segundos.

FLEXION OF KNUCKLES, keep the hand in front with the palm facing you and fingers stretched and together, then flex only the fingertips, towards the top of the palm for 30 seconds.

_ APLANA CADA MANO CONTRA UNA SUPERFICIE PLANA,coloca la palma de la mano sobre una superficie plana,y mantén esa posición por mas o menos 30 segundos,puedes hacer 4 repeticiones.

FLAT EACH HAND AGAINST A FLAT SURFACE, place the palm of your hand on a flat surface, and hold that position for about 30 seconds, you can do 4 repetitions.

_ LEVANTAMIENTO DE DEDOS ,se coloca la mano en una superficie lana,con la palma hacia abajo,luego se levanta un dedo a la vez,sigues levantando los 4 dedos y el pulgar, y los bajar,puedes realizar 4 repeticiones con cada mano.

FINGER LIFT, place your hand on a wool surface, palm down, then lift one finger at a time, continue lifting the 4 fingers and thumb, and lower them, you can perform 4 repetitions with each hand.

The operators doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved in the same discord groups around @fyrstikken and friends. Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. Shes in some groups with seemingly detached characters that dont even acknowledge the others in the group, looking oddly staged. She starts projects and does nothing with it or the delegations after its used to sway people. Like @steempowertwins does<------fake along with her @teamgood <------fake. No substance in her comments and has a following that adores her for what? Life coach she is not nor is she insightful with any meaningful skills to follow. Ruler of pixie dust maybe? I would like for someone to show me but probably wont out fear maybe? @fyrstikken groups around him down voted me into censored and not viewable on my accounts as soon I told what they were doing.
I cant prove @battleaxe is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing V2K because she cant and could care less. I guarantee she knows this is going around and still wont prove it because she cant. Many of us here can prove what they have been doing to survive the past 5 years. What does she live off of? It definitely isnt in public view here.

I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have been trying to kill me using RNM with applied V2K mental games while revealing as many accessories to the crime as they can. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. Pretty serious accusations to just blow off and leave the crypto community hanging in fear of this danger.

People in and around @fyrstikkens groups are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 long torturing years and counting. That is a long time to wait for someone to die.

What would you say while having a gun pointed at your head from an undisclosed location? Have people find it? My hands are tied while they play like children with a gun to my head. Its a terrorist act on American soil while some yawn and say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and why nothing is being done. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control that have ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers prevented from telling the truth from being treated as criminals? La fisioterapia, una rama de la medicina muy particular, algo que ayuda aliviar los dolores, fortalecer los músculos, sistema osteomuscular. En esta era digital, muchos sufren del tunel carpiano y también un poco mas adelante "padeceremos" (me incluyo) del pulgar. Usamos mucho los pulgares para todo, es cuestión de estudiar y escudriñar un poco más en el tema; sin desviarme un poco mas. Tu post es bueno, hacer ese tipo de ejercicio ayuda mucho, un abrazo compañera !
