My Life in Palette: A Bloom of Hope

Hello everyone!

Here's another painting I would gladly be sharing. And I hope that this will not only spread inspiration to all art and flower enthusiasts out there but with everyone to ignite a tiny spark of hope (to those who thought they've lost it) in their hearts which will soon light up their ever-burning desire with the realization of their dreams, one day - puhon (someday, in God's perfect time).

Now, let me again do the honor of giving you a quick glimpse of how from a simple sketch, this flower blooms. Yeah, just a short and quick progress to be shared, I got my files deleted unintentionally and those pictures were one of those that vanished without traces (never got to be recovered in trash files) and it's making me a bit sad. But anyways, those are just pictures, there's no need for me to frown forever, I still have a few of them left in the gallery anyway, and it's ok. I guess I should be thankful for "there are still pictures" left for me to show and share with you.

The progress...

I first painted the image of the flower and painted it with a white color. I also added a little bit of gray and blue to cut the boredom with its plain white.

And then I added purple color to the background (so much purple with my latest paintings haha). I also added a little bit of blue.

Yes, it's again a canvas tote bag that will be given to a friend, this Christmas. With this bag painted with this beautiful flower, may this share with her the bloom of hope I have included in every stroke of the brush that I made. This may plant a tiny seedling of a smile in her heart which will soon sprout and hopefully bloom into a huge happiness.

From a tiny bud, a flower is destined to open wide its petals and bloom. Despite being under a storm or the scorching heat of the sun, it will eventually bloom. Amidst desperate times, when you seem to be walking under the tunnel of darkness, a bloom of hope is waiting in the end, you just have to keep going.
