Morning joggin

Today, during the time of my morning jog, I had a lot of time to think.

"What if I got back to real workouts?"

"Why do I feel like I don't want to do anything?"

"How do I change all this?"

I've been trying to be more and more active for a while now although I'm having a hard time doing it. Unfortunately, but out of three workouts a week lately I've only managed to do one. However, along with the fact that my girlfriend went to the army, I decided that how is it going to be that she is going to work out and I am going to eat pizza. Consequently, it was time to bring back some training. One of the changes just now is those morning walks or runs. I had completely forgotten how good it is for well-being.

I'm also thinking about going back to the gym because I've set myself a goal of lifting 100 kg by the end of the year. I know that the chances of this are slim, but I don't want to give up when I know that I still have more than 3 months to go.
