Define the meaning of life as you know it or believe it to be, and what you feel "your purpose" is
Good evening hivers, hope you had a great Sunday... I am very happy to be able to participate in the wonderful challenge proposed every weekend by our friend @galenkp. I am very grateful with these proposals, because months ago I felt a little blocked as I was not used to share my personal life, but these questions helped me to recognize my evolution both spiritual and personal, on the other hand I love to capture in letters how happy I have been in life, sometimes we forget our history until you come across these peguntas that lead you to reflect and recognize your process and you smile when you remember all those people who helped you to get your best version.
Define the meaning of life as you know it or believe it to be, and what you feel "your purpose" is
Reflecting on the meaning of life, I feel that it is something that varies and transforms over time, my sense of life is not the same as it was 10 years ago, since my priorities are changing and what was important years ago may no longer be important in my present. I relate my meaning of life to the purposes I want to achieve to feel fulfillment and satisfaction. Each person has different priorities and perhaps what is important to me is insignificant to others. In my adolescence I was worried about not finding the path that would lead me to feel the true meaning of my life, perhaps the distractions of youth distance us from the tools that allow us to connect with our emotions. Since I did not like this feeling, I began to work and transform my reality, after years of study and preparation I came to the conclusion that the important thing for me was to live my life with my personal approach, many times we feel pressured by the parameters of society, but the important thing is to be able to find your personal purpose and that that reality allows you to enjoy the harmony that lives within you. The path is not always pleasant since there are moments where we feel sad or dissatisfied where our reality loses all meaning and we fall into a behavior of apathy, these feelings are part of the process of life, but with the tools learned we can find the energy and vitality.
Values are different for all people, from my personal experience I came to the conclusion that the meaning of life we seek is not found outside but inside us, for that reason it is important to cultivate our personal growth, I feel that it is the only way to find the path that will generate a feeling of conformity, acceptance and gratitude. The tools I relied on to solve moments of crisis and existential voids were meditation and yoga, then the opportunity arose to become a Reiki teacher and this was the first step that led me to find and understand the absolute meaning of my life and understand that all the decisions I make will always be the right ones even if sometimes they do not give the best results.
It is true that the meaning of life always varies, life without change would not be life. I also like meditation and I find Reiki very interesting.
