Local thai food and restaurant in the northern : Khao Soi (Tai-Yai recipe).

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. I've shared local food in northern Thailand. This dish is Khao Soi (Northern Thai style noodles with curry and chicken). And this dish is also a famous food in the country. There are many Khao Soi shops with many Khao Soi recipes in my district. Both Khao Soi shops with local Northern Thai recipes and Khao Soi shops with the Yunnan Chinese recipe. In my old post, I used to share Khao Soi Shops with local Northern Thai recipes and Khao Soi shops with the Yunnan Chinese recipe. But in this post, I want to share a Khao Soi shop with a Tai-Yai recipe.

This Khao Soi shop with Tai-Yai recipe is in an alley in the urban area of the district. The Khao Soi shop is a small shop, Looks simple. The owner of the shop is a Tai-Yai people. The highlight of this Khao Soi shop, The first dish is Khao Soi without curry. I recommend Khao Soi with pork ribs but without curry (Tai-Yai recipe). It was very delicious even without curry.

The second dish I would like to recommend for this restaurant : Khao Soi with curry (Tai-Yai recipe) or northern Thai style noodles with curry and pork ribs (Tai-Yai recipe). This dish is very delicious too.

Finally this dish is noodles without soup. This noodle dish is from this shop's old recipe. It's very delicious noodles. And I want to recommend this noodles.

Although this noodle without soup. But there is a free cup of soup for this dish too.
