Local spicy clear soup with mixed vegetables (Thai food).

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today I am staying at my mother's house in Nonthaburi Province. My mother is sick and I have to take care of her. So I don't have a story about me and my mother. But I have a simple food my wife cooked several days ago from the chemical free vegetables in our home garden to share with everyone. This dish is local spicy clear soup with mixed vegetables (Thai food). This time, she uses 4 types of vegetables as ingredients in this spicy clear soup with mixed vegetables. Four types of vegetables that she harvested from the home garden were luffa cylindrical, long beans, wildbetal leafbush and acacia pennata.

Ingredients of local spicy clear soup with mixed vegetables.

1. luffa cylindrical
2. long beans
3. wildbetal leafbush
4. acacia pennata
5. shrimp paste
6. dried chilli
7. garlic
8. pork flavour seasoning powder
9. water
   

First, cut all the vegetables.

Crush garlic, dried chilies and shrimp paste using a pestle and mortar to make curry paste for local spicy clear soup.

Put a pot on the stove and add water in the pot. Then add the curry paste and pork flavour seasoning powder the pot.

Boil until the water boils for a while, then add long beans, luffa cylindrical and acacia pennata in the pot.

When all 3 types of vegetables are cooked, add wildbetal leafbush in the pot. Then boil for a while and turn off the stove.

Done, local spicy clear soup with mixed vegetables.
