Hello everyone. My wife and I like the rainy season more than the summer. Of course summer is very hot and arid but rainy season is cool and refreshing. In addition, many types of vegetables in the home garden in the rainy season have many new new leaves emerge too. And it's a healthy food for my family. In this post I want to share my wife and I's food from these vegetables. Children can't eat right now. Because it has a spicy taste. And my wife harvests the new leaves emerge of vegetables and vegetables in the home garden to cook. This time she cooked a spicy soup with mixed vegetables and chicken. It's time for my wife to cook. Ingredients of spicy soup with mixed vegetables and chicken.

- yardlong bean
- culantro
- pumpkin leaves
- sweetcorn
- shallots
- garlic
- dried chilli
- shrimp paste
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- water
- oil
First, crush the garlic, shallots and dried chilli in a mortar, then add the shrimp paste to the mortar, crush and mix with all the ingredients in the mortar to make curry paste for a spicy soup.
Put a pot on the stove and heat the little oil. Then add the curry paste to the pot and stir-fry until cooked and fragrant.
Then add the chicken in the pot and stir-fry the chicken until cooked.
Put water in a pot and boil.
While waiting for the water to boil. Cut all the vegetables.
When the water boils, put all the vegetables in the pot and boil for a while. Season with pork flavour seasoning powder. And boil until all the vegetables are cooked. Turn off the gas stove.
Done, spicy soup with mixed vegetables and chicken.
