Hello everyone.😊 How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This weekend my family and I are living a simple life at our home. And today it's time to eat bamboo shoot. Thailand is in rainy season, many bamboo trees that my family and I planted in our home garden many years ago. Clump of bamboo area, bamboo shoots are now emerging. So my wife harvested bamboo shoot this morning to cook today's lunch. This dish is a clear soup with bamboo shoot and pork.

In addition to the bamboo shoot in this dish, she also harvests spring onion and celery from the home garden. I grow them on pots in the home garden. And of course all vegetables are chemical free vegetables. My wife and I are very happy with these chemical free vegetables. I grow vegetables and my wife cooks them for the family.

This dish is a simple Thai clear soup with bamboo shoot and pork and has ingredients of clear soup with bamboo shoot and pork :

1. bamboo shoot
2. spring onion
3. celery
4. shrimp paste
5. seasoning sauce
6. pork flavour seasoning powder
7. pork
8. water

First Chop bamboo shoot and pork.

Then put a pot on the stove and add water in a pot and boil until hot. Then add shrimp paste and pork flavour seasoning powder. Stir and boil until the water boils and add the pork to the pot. Boil until the pork is cooked.

When the pork is cooked. Add the bamboo shoot in the pot. Boil until the bamboo shoot are cooked.

Then season again with seasoning sauce. And add spring onions and celery. Boil for a while and turn off the stove.

Done, clear soup with bamboo shoot and pork.
