Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This post I have my and my son favorite food to share with everyone. In my home garden I grow many vegetables. One of all vegetables that I grow in the home garden are small vegetable fern or paco fern. It is my son and I's favorite vegetable. We can often eat this vegetable in the rainy season. Because them many new leaves emerge in the rainy season. But in the summer and winter there will be little new leaves emerge. Which is not enough for cooking. And yesterday my wife harvested this vegetables in the home garden to cook my son and I's favorite food. She often cooks stir-fried small vegetable fern with oyster sauce and eggs. But yesterday she cooked stir-fried small vegetable fern with oyster sauce and shrimp.

1. small vegetable fern
2. shrimp
3. oyster sauce
4. garlic
5. seasoning sauce
6. oil
7. water

First I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then add the garlic to the pan and stir-fried for a while until fragrant. Add a little water to the pan, then add the small vegetable fern in the pan and stir a lightly.

Then season with seasoning sauce and add oyster sauce to the pan.

Then put the shrimp in the pan.

Stir until all ingredients in the pan are cooked, turn off the stove.

My wife cooked it again for me and her. (add more shrimp than the first dish of son). But the picture was not taken the second time. Yesterday we ate Stir-fried small vegetable fern with oyster sauce and shrimp, Omelet and Rice.
