A simple bitter soup my wife cook from chemical free vegetables in the home garden.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This morning my wife and I sent our son and granddaughter to school as usual. The weather is cool again in our district. After 2 - 3 days ago the weather was quite hot. And this morning there is dense fog. So today I feel sick from the changeable weather. Unfortunately we planned to go to the Wednesday market in the town area. But we had to change plans because I felt sick. So we go home after we finished sending the kids off to school.

Since I was sick today, my wife wanted to cook something healthy at home. It is a simple bitter soup that is healthy. Additionally, There are also boiled vegetables eaten with northern Thai style chili paste with tomatoes and chicken.
This simple bitter soup uses just three types of vegetables : marsdenia glabra cost, acacia pennata and wild betel leafbush. Of course, these three types of vegetables, my wife harvested them from the home garden. And these vegetables are chemical free vegetables. I take everyone to see the atmosphere in the home garden first.

It's time to I've taken everyone to see our kitchen and see the food my wife cooks. Ingredients for bitter soup with marsdenia glabra cost, acacia pennata and wild betel leafbush :

  1. marsdenia glabra cost
  2. acacia pennata
  3. wild betel leafbush
  4. water
  5. shrimp paste

How to make easy bitter soup. First put the pot on the stove and boil water in a pot for a while. Then add the shrimp paste in the pot, stir the shrimp paste and water together and boil until the water boils.
When the water is boiling, add the acacia pennata to the pot as the first vegetable ingredient. Boil for 6 -7 minutes until them begins to cook.

Then add marsdenia glabra cost in the pot. And boil the marsdenia glabra cost for about 4 - 5 minutes until them begins to cook. Marsdenia glabra cost make soup taste bitter.

Then add the wild betel leafbush in the pot last. Boil until them are all cooked and turn off the stove.

Simple clear bitter soup with marsdenia glabra cost, acacia pennata and wild betel leafbush.
