[ESP/ENG] Tema Diario de 5 Minutos: Opción simple, elige uno de los últimos seis temas propuestos/ Simple option, choose one of the last six proposed topics

Estando en clases de literatura, se presentó la oportunidad de realizar una lluvia de ideas para la elección del tema de nuestro proyecto de lapso. La profesora fue preguntando a cada alumna cuál era su propuesta de tema para el proyecto final y todos, o la gran mayoría participamos.

While we were in literature class, we had the opportunity to brainstorm ideas for the topic of our final project. The teacher asked each student what her proposed topic for the final project was and we all, or most of us, participated.

Luego de tener una larga lista de ideas, creo que eran 15 temas, aproximadamente, era el turno de elegir cuál nos gustaba, para esto, teníamos que levantar la mano si nos gustaba el tema que ella anunciaba, pero en ese momento me llamaron de dirección pues, tenía una llamada de mi mamá.

After having a long list of ideas, I think there were 15 themes, approximately, it was the turn to choose which one we liked, for this, we had to raise our hands if we liked the theme she announced, but at that moment I was called from the address because I had a call from my mom.

Cuando entré de nuevo al salón, la profesora dice: Karla, sólo faltas tu, ¿por cual votas? Entré en pánico pues duré como 10 minutos tratando de decidir algo tanto tonto y no había podido elegir, entonces fue cuando la profesora me ayudó y me dijo: “¡es una opción simple, elige uno de los últimos seis temas propuestos!”, fue entonces cuando respiré y así fue logré elegir un tema para nuestro proyecto final de lapso.

When I went back into the classroom, the teacher said: "Karla, only you are missing, which one do you vote for? I panicked because I lasted about 10 minutes trying to decide something so silly and I had not been able to choose, then the teacher helped me and said: "it is a simple option, choose one of the last six proposed topics!", that's when I breathed and I managed to choose a topic for our final lapse project.
