Speculation and cryptocurrencies

Today I want to make a post about cryptocurrency speculation, I think this investment system can attract attention, but is it really legal? Is it worth to speculate cryptocurrencies?

What is speculation in finance?

To understand this article I want to explain briefly what is financial speculation, how can we obtain economic benefits with this? Financial speculation is about obtaining short term profits, in a simple way to explain, we are going to put as an example futures trading, due to the high yield we can obtain with futures trading thanks to the leverage, if we make good operations then we are speculating. Simply this is based on obtaining a great profit in a short time, selling at a higher price the traded asset.

For example, we buy contracts for the "Nasdaq 100" index fund with a high leverage and this can bring a lot of profit for us because this is the objective of speculating, knowing very well what is being done to then sell at a higher price in a very short time and from my personal opinion this usually happens in brokers with few "spreads" which are usually the commissions.

Is cryptocurrency speculation legal?

To be honest, it is legal to speculate in crypto, although I would like to mention that in some countries it is illegal to speculate in different financial assets, such as real estate. I am not very well prepared on this, but it is something that I have read and it has caught my attention. Why is it legal to speculate with cryptocurrencies? Perhaps speculating with cryptocurrencies can be legal because it simply does not affect the world economy, for example, speculating with cryptocurrencies is something you can do because cryptocurrencies are totally decentralized.

I would like to mention that this can be highly punishable by law because there are different laws that ensure that speculating with financial material can be something that harms the economy of the country, another point to keep in mind that speculation can be sentenced to many years in prison, I recommend from an educational and entertainment point of view to get good advice from a reputable lawyer.

Is cryptocurrency speculation profitable?

Honestly and from my point of view the speculation in cryptocurrencies can be something that calls us a lot of attention, but it is something incredibly profitable, but why? Simple, speculation is something with which we can make up to 200% a day of our investment. If we are able to predict the price of a financial asset such as cryptocurrencies then we can take a high leverage and get a lot out of it.

I would also like to mention that cryptocurrency speculation can be scalable, I have a friend who knows about funding accounts where high leverage is allowed. By this I mean that it is very profitable from this point of view.
