[ESP/ENG] Ritak' uwa - Felix Niño || Karen Manrique [Cover Violin 🎻]
Ritak' Uwa es un tema instrumental profundamente inspirado en la majestuosidad de una de las montañas más altas de Colombia: Ritacuba Blanco, ubicada en la Sierra Nevada del Cocuy. Esta montaña, que alcanza los 5,410 metros sobre el nivel del mar, no solo es un imponente paisaje natural, sino también un símbolo cultural y espiritual para los pueblos indígenas U'wa, quienes consideran estas tierras sagradas. 🌄✨
La pieza fue compuesta por mi amigo Félix Niño, quien buscó plasmar la serenidad, la grandeza y el misterio de esta montaña en cada nota. En esta ocasión, la interpretamos como un dueto instrumental con Félix en la guitarra y yo en el violín, dejando que ambos instrumentos dialogaran para transmitir la esencia de este lugar único. 🎻🎸
Un tema que invita a cerrar los ojos y viajar a las alturas de Ritacuba Blanco, donde la naturaleza cuenta sus historias al viento.

Ritak' Uwa is an instrumental piece deeply inspired by the majesty of one of Colombia's highest mountains: Ritacuba Blanco, located in the Sierra Nevada del Cocuy. This mountain, rising to 5,410 meters above sea level, is not only an impressive natural landmark but also a cultural and spiritual symbol for the U'wa indigenous people, who regard these lands as sacred. 🌄✨
The piece was composed by my friend Félix Niño, who sought to capture the serenity, grandeur, and mystery of this mountain in every note. On this occasion, we performed it as an instrumental duet, with Félix on the guitar and me on the violin, letting both instruments converse to convey the essence of this unique place. 🎻🎸
A piece that invites you to close your eyes and journey to the heights of Ritacuba Blanco, where nature shares its stories with the wind.
