Saturday: How I Spend My Time Learning
Saturday: How I Spend My Time Learning ✨📚
Hello everyone. ❤️
I believe Saturdays might be a day of relaxation for many people, but for me, today is a study day! 😊
This is the third week of my current semester, and I’ve opted to enroll in a weekend program, studying on Saturdays and Sundays. During weekdays, from Monday to Friday, I work full-time, so weekend classes fit perfectly with my schedule.
I genuinely enjoy attending classes because every time I step into the classroom, I not only gain new knowledge but also get to exchange ideas and perspectives with my classmates. This opens up new horizons for me and makes me realize just how much more there is in the world that I have yet to learn.
My field of study is Information Technology, which is both exciting and challenging at the same time. There are moments when it makes my head spin, but it's a challenge I’m happy to embrace. Haha! 🎓✨
This morning, I wasn't feeling very well, but I still had to attend class because today we’re discussing the details of my graduation project. The project involves developing a program that is easy to use and helps streamline processes to make them more organized and efficient.
My idea for this project is to create a book inventory system, which will efficiently manage book data. First, I need to present this idea to my advisor to determine if it’s feasible to develop. Without a doubt, this is one of the major challenges for me this semester! 💻✨
Before heading to school, I decided to refresh myself with some coffee and cookies since I woke up late this morning and hadn't eaten anything yet. I wasn't feeling very well, so I thought a coffee break would help. Today, I chose an iced cappuccino, even though I originally wanted a hot cappuccino because I have a slight sore throat. But due to the hot weather, I went for the iced cappuccino to keep me refreshed. ☕🍪
I take about 15-20 minutes to travel from my accommodation to the university. Before deciding to study here, I researched several universities in detail. In the end, I chose this one because it’s not far from my place and is convenient to travel to.
Especially since my schedule is quite full throughout the day, I figured studying at a university close to home would make commuting less tiring and reduce the risk of getting sick due to lack of rest. 😊
The main building where I attend classes is the Faculty of Industrial Technology. Studying here has been really beneficial for me because, at times, I am able to apply the knowledge gained in my studies to my regular work, making the tasks easier, more convenient, and more systematic.
Today, I feel a bit stressed because I had to present my group project to explain what we’re going to work on. For my project, it’s about a book inventory system, which went well, but I still need to design the internal system and figure out what should be included. The content of the documents is quite extensive. This is just the beginning of my project, and it's another Saturday I’m spending on studying. How about you? What do you do on Saturdays? 😊
Thank you for always following and supporting me. ❤️
