This post is about my activity yesterday: A relaxing day with good weather, spending time at a plant market 🌿
Yesterday, I spent my free time walking around and picking out plants to decorate my balcony. This plant market is not far from my place, and it was my first time visiting this market 🌟
At first, I thought there wouldn't be many options since the market is located outside the city center. But to my surprise, I was completely wrong! 🌸 There were so many plants to choose from that it was hard to decide. I’m sure I’ll come back here again when I want to buy more plants in the future 💚
The shop where I bought my plants is called "T.O. Thungsigan Plant Shop", located in Don Mueang, Bangkok. If you're looking for beautiful plants, I highly recommend stopping by here! You won’t be disappointed 🌱✨
When driving into the plant market, you'll see plant shops lined up on both sides of the road, with a parking area in the middle. The plant shops stretch along the street, which made me feel so excited as I stepped out of the car and was greeted by the vibrant colors of the various plant species 🌿✨. Besides the impressive variety, the prices were also affordable. And of course, I couldn't miss taking some beautiful photos of the plants!
The day I visited the plant market, there weren't many people around because it was the long holiday before the New Year festival 🎉. People were starting to leave Bangkok to celebrate the New Year with their families in their hometowns 🏡✨. This year may be the first time I won't be going back to my hometown to celebrate the New Year, as my sister's wedding is just a week away 💍🎂. So, I decided to return to my hometown after the New Year instead.
The main goal of my visit here was to choose an orchid plant 🌸✨. I walked around and checked out several shops, but in the end, I stopped at Grandma’s shop because she recommended a variety of orchids along with detailed care instructions, and she was very friendly and kind 💚👵. What’s more, she generously gave me an extra orchid as a New Year’s gift 🎁🌱.
In the end, I filled the trunk of my car with orchids 🚗🌸. I felt so happy about coming here, not only because I got to choose beautiful plants but also because I met Grandma, who was kind enough to offer recommendations 💚😊.
