How to make fried red sausage crispy?

Happy holiday to many friend on Sunday.
Actually, this fried red sausage menu is a menu that I don't eat often. Hehe 😆. But today it's raining, so I feel it's hard to go out for buy food to cooking. So I looked for food in my refrigerator to make for my lunch. Actually, it's not difficult to make fried red sausage. And I believe that many friend have different tips for frying. For my tips on frying to be crispy, I have tips to share with friends as follows: 👇
Choose Quality Meatballs
Use fresh and high-quality meatballs. If making them yourself, use fresh meat and quality ingredients.For me, I buy red sausage at the supermarket, I didn't make it by myself.
After that, I will peel off the plastic shell from the red sausage.
- I will cut the red sausage into thin strips on both sides.

Frying red sausage
Use Enough Oil: Heat enough oil in the pan to fully submerge the meatballs for even frying. About 2-3 inches of oil is ideal.
Maintain the Right Temperature: Heat the oil to 340-360°F (170-180°C). Proper oil temperature ensures that the meatballs become crispy quickly without absorbing excess oil.
Avoid Overcrowding: Fry meatballs in small batches to prevent lowering the oil temperature, which can result in soggy meatballs.
Fry red sausage until golden brown. I took about 4-5 minutes for this frying.
Cutting red sausage on both sides will allow the oil to easily reach them and make them crispy.
After frying, use a slotted spoon or wire rack to remove red sausage from the oil and let them drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Allow fried red sausage to rest on a wire rack for a few minutes. This helps the exterior stay crispy as they cool down.
This is my little trick for fried red sausage to be crispy. I hope my friends like my trick.
