🥑 Monday morning begins with a refreshing and energized feeling after a restful sleep. I wake up to a new day with soft sunlight streaming through the window, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for the first day of the week. After getting out of bed, I decide it's a great time to prepare a delicious and nutritious breakfast. For today’s breakfast, I’ve chosen a simple yet flavorful menu: toast with eggs, avocado, and cream cheese. I really enjoy this combination because of the richness of the avocado and eggs, with a slight sweetness from the cream cheese. When paired with a hot coffee in the morning, I think it complements perfectly. 🥰
Making breakfast is not just an activity that satisfies hunger but also a time when I genuinely feel happy. Spending time preparing breakfast for myself or for loved ones is a joy that cannot be measured. Selecting fresh ingredients and preparing a nutritious meal creates a sense of well-being and helps start the new day with energy. I often feel excited when preparing my favorite dishes, whether it's making hot coffee, toasting bread, or frying eggs to the desired level of doneness HeHe.

Eggs are a high-quality protein source and contain important nutrients that support brain function and muscle building.
Avocado is packed with healthy unsaturated fats that are good for heart health, as well as nutrients that support overall body function and skin care.
Cream cheese adds a creamy texture and a slight sweetness to the breakfast, while also providing protein and calcium that are good for bones.
