I have to admit, this drink might not be everyone’s favorite—myself included 😂. However, the best thing about this detox drink is that it works wonders for digestion! This is especially important to me since I often struggle with digestive issues and bloating.

If you have the same problem, I highly recommend giving this drink a try. Hopefully, this small idea will be helpful to you all! 💚✨"

🍹 Herbal Detox Drink Recipe for Good Health 🍹

Ingredients:

  • 1 large piece of fresh ginger
  • 2-3 fingerroot (Chinese ginger)
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 pieces of fresh turmeric (or 3 teaspoons of turmeric powder)
  • 500 ml of water

Ginger is a versatile herb with numerous health benefits. Most importantly, it is easy to find in my area at an affordable price. Its distinct spicy flavor is something I particularly enjoy, especially when I have a sore throat, as it helps soothe the discomfort effectively. Drinking ginger tea leaves me feeling refreshed and relieved. 🍵✨

Krachai (fingerroot) is a Thai herb with numerous health benefits, especially in boosting the immune system, relieving bloating, and expelling gas. I often use it in cooking, such as adding it to Thai fish curry (Nam Ya Khanom Jeen), which enhances both the flavor and nutritional value of my favorite dish. 🌿

Carrots are rich in vitamins and essential nutrients that benefit the body. They are also easy to eat, thanks to their natural sweetness, which makes it effortless for me to enjoy this vegetable. 😊🥕

Turmeric is a highly beneficial herb that is widely used in various ways. It is commonly consumed to aid digestion, while some people use it as a facial mask to nourish their skin. Additionally, turmeric is often added to dishes to enhance flavor and nutritional value. 🌿✨

Lemon is a citrus fruit rich in vitamin C and is the key ingredient in my detox drink. Without lime, it would be quite difficult for me to enjoy this herbal detox beverage. Its refreshing sourness perfectly balances out the bitterness of ginger and turmeric, making the drink much more palatable. 🍋✨

After learning about the benefits of each herb 🥕🌿✨, it's time to start making our healthy detox drink! 💚🍹

Step 1 I start by washing the ginger, fingerroot, carrot, turmeric, and lime thoroughly, then cutting them into small pieces.

Step 2 For the lime, I squeeze out only the juice.

Step 3 Next, I put all the ingredients into a blender, add water, and blend until smooth.

Step 4 Once blended, I strain the mixture using a cheesecloth or strainer to get a smooth, easy-to-drink texture.

Step 5 Pour the detox drink into a container or bottle and store it in the refrigerator for about 4-7 days.

My herbal detox drink is finally ready! 💚✨ If you’re not a fan of the strong, spicy flavors of ginger and turmeric, feel free to adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking.
