Savings- Do you feel ticklish when you see your savings?
We, humans, have some peculiar behaviors and of them all, I am about to talk about one which somewhat grabs my attention. I am not sure if it is a BANGLADESHI thing or does it only happen to me or does it happen to other people too. I feel ticklish when I see my savings.
While saying admitting to it I am very serious, I seriously have this ticklish feeling when I am aware that I have money saved in my bank, let it be $1.16 or @300. I haven't ever seen anything beyond $300, honestly. I wasn't that fortunate. Even during my semester payment, I used to give it in bits, so there was no chance for me to handle loaded bucks. Even now, when I have stored some bucks with loads of effort yet I get this ticklish feeling.
Yes, you might have guessed it already. This ticklish feeling is what makes you crave to use up the sum. It can be called the greedy-self or the needy-self. A few days ago when the HBD rose up, many of us used our savings or converted or cashed them out. But, did we think about why we did that on that particular day? Because of our ticklish nature.
There were many of us who did nothing, maybe they were just doing their normal things. Although, that day was special. Anyhow, if you have a good amount of saving but you want to do something with it, it means you are ticklish in nature. Oh, another point, if you use it to make another saving account then NO you are not ticklish in nature, but if you are finishing up that amount, using it all up, know that you are ticklish in nature when it comes to money.
With this, I am ending my article on us people who are ticklish in nature but are unaware of it. This is not prescribed by any doctor or high-ranked person, it is just my little observation and curiosity, that made me realize this. Also, my mother used to follow this myth that when her right palm used to tickle, it means that she will gain profit, while if her left palm used to tickle she will be at loss. I don't believe it, but if it comes true I like rechecking it out.
